Refund policy
What is your return and exchange policy?
Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault within 7 days after purchase date or shipment date. Examples: wrong stitching, wrong size tag attached, etc. Official receipt is required for purchases made in person. In-app screenshots are required for online orders.
Products may be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition.
Products that have been altered cannot be returned and exchanged (i.e. cut tags, tailored fit).
No refunds allowed, only exchanges.
Migliora reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive return history
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing tags;
- Purchases made for resale purposes;
- Potential fraud or criminal activity
Migliora reserves the right for final decision.
How is your exchange process?
Step 1 - Make sure of the following:
- Within 7 days of purchase date or shipment date
- Official Receipt is available for offline orders / Order screenshots are available for online orders
- Item is in new and original condition
Step 2 - Choose a new item to exchange your previous item with.
Step 3 - Message us on one of our social media accounts to coordinate the meetup / shipping of products for exchange.
